*** Main Application ***- Fully scalable. Create as many Lists, Categories, Subcategories and Templates as you want.- Copy and paste filenames created.- Rename files from the right click context menu.- Add prefixes and or suffixes to single or multiple files in one operation (helps in brining old files into your new system).- Use the increment function to add sequencial numbering to your filenames (great for projects or bulk renaming of photos).- Use templates to guide workflow processes.- Audit table keeps a record of all filenames created for reference or reuse.
*** Outlook Plugin ***- Process your incoming emails from the Main Outlook screen.- Create subject lines for your outgoing emails ready to file once sent.- Multiple save options, change the name of emails in Outlook to mirror your filing system.- Rename emails within Outlook.- Add prefixes and or suffixes to your emails.- Use the increment function to add sequencial numbering to your incoming and outgoing emails.- Option to save your emails to your filing system in PDF format with attachments embedded in their native format.
