Outlook Plugin
In addition to the main application, we have added a plugin for Outlook so you can use the power of the filename creator without leaving the Outlook interface.We spend most of our time in Oulook and it is here where we create and circulate the majority of our information.However, this information coming in and out of our Outlook is stuck in the personal profile of our email and not in our filing system. If this information is not in a central location then it is not being used efficiently and is vulnerable to loss, and in the case of a company, not freely available to all for reference.
The plugin integrates seemlessly into the Outlook ribbon ready for use.
Incoming Emails:With the plugin, you can process all of your incoming emails directly from Outlook and into your filing system quickly and easily.It gives you three options for processing your new filename with the email in question.1. Save Email - Saves the email into your system without altering the Subject line in Outlook.2. Save Email and Modify in Outlook - Saves the email into your system and also changes the Subject line in Outlook.3. Rename in Outlook Only - Changes the name in Outlook ready for saving into your system later.
Outgoing Emails:Whether they're New emails, Replies or Forwards, use the plugin to create Subject headings in line with your structured file naming system.Open the plugin, structure your Subject line and then "Add to Subject". It's that easy!!

Finally, an application that will enable you to get all of the information that is vunerable inside a personal email profile into your filing system easily and quickly.Also, if you don't want to save your emails into your system as an email file (.msg), no worries, we also give you the ability to save your emails in PDF with the attachments embedded in the output PDF in their native format. Save an Excel spreadsheet as an attachment. When you open it from the PDF, it will automatically open in Excel.
In addition to the above, we can also show you a couple of simple tweeks in Outlook that in conjunction with our application and system, will clean up forever your Outlook, and help you to know at a moments glance what you need to pay attention to, and even more importantly, what you no longer have to pay attention to.
